BOUGHT A LOVELY THREE SEATER VIVALDI SETTEE .AFTER TWO WEEKS SIDE SEATS SUNK.AND THE MIDDLE SEAT STAYED UP.WE SAT ON THE MIDDLE SEAT CONTINUALLY AND THE SEAT STILL STAYED RAISED.CSL INSPECTED IT .TWICE. WANTED £47 FOR THE SECOND INSPECTION .BUT I REFUSED TO PAY . .SO CSL DID NOT CHARGE AFTER A LONG ARGUMENT,.AFTER 11 MONTHS THE SETTEE STILL AS A GREAT BIG CAMEL LUMP IN THE MIDDLE .WHEN MY FAMILY COME NOBODY WANTS TO SIT ON THE CAMEL LUMP. CSL SAY THATS HOW THEY GO .WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THIS FAULT WHEN WE BOUGHT IT.EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW ABUT THE FAULT. CSL HAVE TOLD US THEY CAN RECTIFY THE FAULT AT A COST TO US WHICH I DONT THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY, BEING AS WE HAVE PAID FOR EXTRA SOFA CARE, (NOT WORTH A CARROT) CSL PUT EVERTHING DOWN TO WEAR AND TEAR SO YOU CANT CLAIM.
