I'd have no problem recommending drum stop to a friend. As with other sites selling cymbals they can't possibly have everything in stock all the time but at least they tell you how long an item is likely to take to be delivered if it isn't in stock. They tell you this BEFORE they take your money unlike other sites I could mention! I was told 7 to 10 working days and it was delivered on the 7th day. I was also allowed to have the item delivered to a family members address, no bother AND on the day of delivery they email you with the hour slot when the item should arrive and they were spot on. Very pleased, thank you!
