Purchased a Ford S-Max this week. Very happy so far with staff at the Car Shop, bearing one in the "Customer Experience" office, Denise, who acted very unprofessionally in our presence whilst we waited to be served. Pulled faces at her colleague over missing paperwork and lots of raised eyebrows and "the system down AGAIN" comments in full view and hearing of us. She needs more training in good customer experience.
Only had the car two days, but no problems so far. Will keep you informed!
