My purchase took forever to arrive
From time of purchase and arrival took over a month to arrive. The stated amount of time for delivery was incorrect on the website and I was forced to contact Selectspec four times to enquire about the delivery of my product.

Sorry to hear this, but according to our records your order took 10 working days to complete and ship from date of order.
With regards to delivery, we state within 10 days from shipping date but delays may occur and that deliveries can take up to 25 days, which was the case here possibly due to the Christmas break holding deliveries up slightly.
