Hi Marc, I'm sorry to hear that your experience on the phone was not pleasant. Our customer service staff are extremely well versed in dealing with customers of all competencies. The majority of customers in fact have have very little technical knowledge, and staff are trained to deal with all queries in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
