Excellent service again from an excellent company

I recently ordered a drum kit from G4M on line. The order was dealt with very promptly and delivered when promised. The actual drum kit is of very good quality, considering it is a budget kit. Good strong stands and hardware and adequate thickness wooden shells. The drums all tuned up easily and the snares give a crisp good quality sound. Only slight things found not to be up to standard were
1. Main cardboard box packaging had a big hole punched in one side, but luckily nothing inside damaged.
2. There were too few metal washers for the tuning bolts but luckily had some washers of the same size already.
3. There are no damper pads for "deadening" the batter heads on any of the toms or snare drum but once tuned up they still sounded nice with a good tone.
4. The 16" crash/ride cymbal is of poor quality and not a very good tone at all. I would say the cymbal is of pressed rather than spun construction. The hi-hat cymbals were fine.

Other than that, well done G4M on another excellent delivery. This is the second time I have purchased from them and would definitely recommend them.
