I recieved this item after Christmas. This was unacceptable as it was clearly stated on your website that orders placed before a certain date would arrive before the 25th December.
I also entered my Groupon code for the item and when the order was finalized the discount was not applied and there was no reference to Groupon at all. To make matters worse your website instructed me to enter my bank details and stated that I shouldn't worry if I had a Groupon code as I will not be charged.
I have sent emails to your online help centre and have chased this a number of times. I entered the code when I was prompted in the correct segment required by your online ordering system. Now I expect this to be actioned asap before I pursue the matter further because it is my belief after reading various complaints posted about your service on the internet that you rarely honor the Groupon deal.
To be honest I'm pretty sure you won’t even acknowledge my review.
I am bitterly disappointed that I parted with any money regarding your business.
