I did not receive my latest order of pet food from Pet Supermarket. The delivery person has recently taken to just leaving the order outside the house without ringing the bell, so I suspect that, since I live in London and it being the week before Christmas, someone assumed that it was a valuable gift and took it home. There was no note left saying where they would have left the parcel, but I received an email telling me that it had been delivered. Although I have written to the company and raised my issue, I have not heard back from them so I will not be using the company again (I have been a loyal customer for over three years now)
**Update 13/02/13** It is now a month since I wrote the above review and I have still not had a response from the company. I have been using a different company (BestPet) who are as reasonably priced, deliver for free and my order arrives three days after I place it. The courier rings the bell and I collect it from him!
