I mistakenly booked through them as I was in a rush and thhiught I was on P & O site. my fsult I know.
later realised they were much dearer for the day trip than P&O and also missef free wine offet of 6 bottles.
I needed to add a passenger after I had booked. Aferry wanted £38. I askedc P&O and they fid it for nothing.
Did a price comparison with a few other companies and the Alpharoom price was best.
We did book quite late but this should not be a problem.
Booked the Meet and Greet service. received absolutely no details about how it worked, where we should go, etc.
Spent ages looking through the Alpha Site to find details so I knew what to do the next morning. Nothing on the web site at all.
I did a general search on the web - nothing found.
This was worrying as we going away in under 24 Hours.
I contacted the online help and raised a request. I received a totally useless and not applicable reply.
I raised another request and got no reply.
I then had to resort to the PREMIUM RATE phone line to find out what to do.
I waited ten minutes and the phone was cut off.
I dialed again and was cut off again after about ten minutes. I then dialed again and gave up after 25 minutes.
These calls cost money at a premium rate.
I then found a emergency out of hours number which I used. I am pretty sure that it was an overseas number. It was very late and I work up a person to help me.
They were good and managed to sort me out. This was late at night by now and i was ready to book another car park.
I spent a fortune on calls and hours of time.
i still have not heard from them.
