I grabbed myself a pair of Hoka's via a phone order and they arrived next day and at a good price.
I'd use again as I was more than happy enough with the service received.
Brought £16.99 shorts, washed them and noticed the poket was comng loose, got receipt, by time got to shop receipt was lost, lady says she remembers me buying them a coupe of dys before but wont exchange, never use again and I made sure everybody in the shop knew they suck !!!
Shorts have now been binned and they have never been worn, stuffu Sportscrap !
Had a faulty pair of shoes needed sending back, after a few hoops jumped through I spoke to a manager that was more than willing to help and he was polite, he sorted my issue within 24 hours so i'll give them 5 stars as being a trusted company that does have the resources to sort any issues out if the 1st line in customer service doesn't work correctly.
Ordered 2 trainers for gym, one not instock so others didnt get sent either, waiting for stock on a item that didnt say it wasnt in stock.
I dont order from shops that dont have stock check active on there website because of issues like i have now so this will be my 1st and last tme i order from milletsports.
I will most likely use them again but I will call before ordering to confirm they do indeed have trainers in stock
Used online chat to ask about a ps51e8000, they said they had stock and could delver next day.
Not long after rdering they called me, got a call next day from delivery company, got delivery shortly after, i live in a top floor flat, delivery is only to ground floor, i sweetened drivers palm and he helped carry it up, nce guy and was more than happy to buy hs breaky for helpng me as its a slog up these stairs.
Happy with Electrical Experience and happy with Tufnells for givng me next day delvery and a helping hand for doing out of job description by heling me up stairs for a small fee of £5 which i offered 1st ;)
Only used once but as its local it will be my first port of call for things i need they may have.
Hassle free refund given after around 17 days from new on a rma that couldnt be replaced, item cost £350 so it was'nt cheap.
Had to add this review as i'm giving credit where credit is deserved.
Been using ocuk for a few years now.
Only had to faulty items, 1 was a gtx 670 that developed a noisy fan after a few weeks, this was replaced.
And much more recent i had a few dodgy racing wheels to use with pc, replacements was offered and delivered in a heartbeat which meant my gaming did'nt suffer.
After nearly a month of issues with the wheel ocuk have offered a full refund.
Throughout the whole proccess there forum/phone customer services was top notch with no issues that would make me a customer unhappy.
We all get faulty things here and there but its the place that we buy these faulty things from that can make our life good or bad when we try to return and then they lose custom and usually internet trashed on a forum if there bad.
Thought i'd add this review as it is deserved that ocuk get some acknowledgment for there great customer service on the 2 times i've had to use there returns department
After a few more dealings i managed to get something i wanted, The proccess i thought was second to none, the cs guy i was dealing with via forum was a very nice and helpfull man who has given his customer some great satisfaction in my order :)
Top marks for ocuk's forum help, i see another member Name "Bailey ", he was allso my cs agent and a very good one indeed, he was'nt sloppy or unhelpfull in any ype of way, the man from delmonte says yes :)
