Fast delivery! Brand new item ordered, faulty on arrival and no replacement offered

i decided to order a new rather than re worked, came very quickly, lovley item, took it out and into town and 10 steps in the back wheel locked ! i tried to adjust the brake but couldnt, so had to travel all the way home again
Called NV customer service to be advised it will be picked up and sent to be fixed and returned in 10 days...this is no use to me as I will struggle without a buggy for 10 days. I would have accepted this had it been a reworked item but brand new...not good enough
