Quick Delivery - Slow Staff

I bought a remote from Easy Gates it arrived the next day - perfect!
Unfortunatley it took a week to get it programmed and working with my gate as the staff at Easy Gates were not able to help as they are not fully trained in this. It would be great if the staff could have greater knowledge and would have been able to do it all in one day and not spread out over a week!
