Made up for mistake well.

I'd ordered the 24 hour delivery but the driver failed to actually come to the correct reception to take my bag and was rather lazy about the whole thing.

The person who I dealt with to fix the problem was very helpful and efficient and sorted out next-day Saturday delivery so that my bag was only about 12 hours later than planned. It was very much appreciated.

Bag turned up in perfect condition and no problems at the other end.
