Have used gardensite before and found them helpful and reasonably priced,however on this occasion was after some lights which they didnt have instock,was advised on another set of lights which were slighty different in colour but not by that much i was told,on delivery these were not as described and nothing like the original lights i was after,sent them back at my expense as they said i ordered the wrong item which i didnt and was then informed of a 10% restock fee,I had the connection cable out of the box and plugged it in to see the colour of lights so didnt even take the lights out and was charged this amount for them just to put back on there shelf as nothing was really taken out of box,from this experience i am reluctant to use garden site again.

Based on the notes left by my colleague regarding your order and the note you enclosed with your returned item, I was under the impression that you had ordered these lights in error & had simply changed your mind.
As this was not the case, I have now arranged for a full refund to be issued.
