I didn't read the reviews here before booking and then was fretting about it whilst the payment went through. I got the dreaded 'transaction voided' email and thought my money would be frozen for weeks.
I checked my bank account about 10 mins after the email and money was unfrozen from my account. I went and booked through the flight carrier themselves but I wouldn't have a problem booking through them again.
