Top service, couldn't recommend it highly enough

I ordered a part from NP Autoparts which arrived promptly within a couple of days. On arrival I found I had ordered the wrong part; NP Autoparts sent me a replacement at no extra cost and even sent me a free pre-paid returns label for the original. No fuss, no hesitation, no bother. An excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.
