Very difficult transfer at all times. Although I have been a customer of HIFX for 6 years, my recent house move completely rattled them> I had to provide new ID and proof of address when I did not have suitable paperwork as I had only been moved for 2 weeks.
Also, my bank did not put my name on the electronic transfer- although it is a joint account with my husband- and I had to find proof at the last minute that I was sending money from my own joint account - nightmare all round I think.
