unclear about stock levels

the website did not make it clear that while the item i ordered was available it was not actually in stock in the shop and would have to be ordered in. Money was also taken out of Paypal account immediately instead of 3 weeks later when item was in stock which lead me to think it was on its way. I had to phone the shop to find out where it was as i thought it had got lost in the post.. Item did arrive eventually and was we wanted.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you felt that the stock status was unclear. We have tweaked our website to make it clearer when an item is special order and not physically in stock.
