this company is fake and ripping people no matter what you explain that doest satisfy..question is who blocked my mobile..i have not blocked my mobile so my carrier has not blocked either only person could benefit from this was only bozowi.and on top of this some one rang me from bozowi and said take review out or they are not paying me for my 8520 sent to them lol this company is worse i have all proof.and i am not even asking 9790 back only asking send to my carrier or police so making sure they dont rip me off but clearly they refuse to do this.this is how bad this company is.just save yourself from this company.

well i have sorted with police and my network but this whole point no one blocked mobile from my side..then who did in first place.i dont want money or mobile anymore so in short terms bozowi did block in first place so they could steel mobile under their terms and conditions.no one is that stupid.nothing explains no matter what this company says.question is who blocked it.

Every device received is checked by a third party central database, checkmend.com and if an imei is stated as being barred or blocked then we adhere to the homeoffice guidelines for these devices. Which states that we cannot pay or return a handset until it is unblocked or unbarred and it shows as such on the checkmend register. A copy of the checkmend report was sent to you at the time of us receiving the device. You can check the homeoffice guidelines at: http://www.stoprecycledstolenphones.com/8key.asp

Only the following can add to the register:
Networks, insurance companies and the police. We do not and cannot block a device. I strongly suggest you speak to your network and request they ask Checkmend to clear the handset. Once this has been done we can pay you for the device. If you are the legal owner and what you say is correct this is no issue to do.
