The shower screen did not arrive on the date given. When I rang to get a delivery update I was promised a call back but they didn't call me and I had to chase again the next day. Also the carrier they use does not treat the parcel with any respect in spite of "Glass - handle with care" in huge letters on the box. No surprise then that the first one was damaged and had to be replaced. Given the state the box was in when the second delivery arrived I'm amazed that was not damaged too.
