Quick; easy; and just the ticket
Planning a holiday in Brittany this summer. I searched "ferries to France" and up popped the Direct Ferries site.
I checked out the various routes, prices and sailing times and made my choice. It was all done and dusted in about 10 minutes.

Happy with product, but not with the delivery arrangements
I bought a walking treadmill. The product 'does what it says on the tin' , it was good value and I am very happy with it.
Delivery arrangements were dreadful. I was notified that the treadmill would be delivered on a Friday, so I arranged to be home all day. It didn't arrive. I was then told it would be delivered on the Monday, so I took the day off work. It didn't arrive. They delivered it on Tuesday, when there was no-one home to take delivery, so it was returned to the local Warehouse for collection. (They wouldn't attempt another delivery).
All in all they wasted two whole days and one evening of my time.
