Very helpful, very friendly & very quick service

I contacted the company by phone because one of the items I was interested in was 'unavailable'. The person on the phone was extremely helpful. She said that they had just received a delivery and that she would check and email me to let me know if the product had arrived. I received an email that afternoon, placed my order via the internet and received it a couple of days later. They sent emails to confirm the order and the despatch. They also sent a free pen which is really good. I would definitely order from this company again. Also, you only have to spend £10 to get free p&p.
