Phoned twice about order-each tme had to wait over 10 minutes for response. On 21st phoned to query delivery, to be advised of 3-hour window in afternoon of 22nd. Received confirmation text @ 1945 on 21st. Waited in all day today (22nd). Just queried non-delivery to be told that order suspended because one item unavailable. Had plumber on hand to do fitting today so wasted both our time, & his money. On 21st was assured that unavailable item was in stock, even though I was all set to change order. Have now had other items placed on express delivery for Friday but have been advised that I won't be notified of approx time until Thurs evening @ about 1930. That, again, means that the plumber could potentially be losing more money waiting. I find it hard to accept that earlier notification can't be given. I am really disappointed. This experience will make me reluctant to use Victoria Plumb for future requirements, despite the cheaper prices.
