I experienced problems placing my order on the website so called and spoke to a representative. All my questions were answered and my order processed quickly and efficiently. I particularly liked the honesty with which I was dealt with - although stock of my item was expected before Christmas I was told that it may not be possible to fill my order until the New Year and given the option to proceed. Fortunately, my order did arrive in time and made Christmas for my mum.
