I recently bought a 2Stroke hedge trimmer from Mowdirect and they provided a fiirst class service. They were experiencing a delay with their suppliers so were not able to dispatch the hedge trimmer immediately,however they told me about this immediately and kept me informed. They did not debit my account until the item was available for dispatch and asked if it was ok to debit the same credit card. They also telephoned on two occasions to ask whether i would be interested in buying a demonstration trimmer at a reducsed price. All in all a first class service.
