No issues with the product but annoying policy made life unnecessarily difficult...

Bought the product as a present for my brother. The idea was it could be mailed directly to him save messing around. That option was not given. When I contacted the suppliers post purchase to ask the to despatch to my brothers address they stated that per their policy items had to be despatched to the billing address when it is a customers first purchase. Why? Once payment has been made surely it makes no difference where it is despatched?? Ended up having to spend money on sending it by recorded delivery. This wouldn't have happened with, say Amazon (or Game or Play.com) Not happy and won't use them again.
