Totally professional and efficient salesman.Not pushy but extremely helpful and courteous
Buying a second hand car from a dealer is always a complete difference of opinions. The dealer needs to meet his financial targets and the customer wants the best price he can get for his trade in. However i found Chorley Ford reasonable and willing to negotiate. My particular salesman (Mr Jamie Townsend )was extremely courteous and polite during all the negotiations. Once the deal was agreed he kept in touch constantly to keep me updated on progress (changing my personalised no plates). Once the administration was completed I collected my car and this gentleman explained everything to me regarding controls and the outstanding warranty.....It is just a pity that all car salesman are not on the same wave length. It would certainly take away a lot of the hassle of changing your car. Many thanks to Mr Townsend and Chorley Ford.

used refresh for the past 5 or 6 years..excellent company to deal with..any problems dealt with efficiently and quickly
All the time I have used refresh cartridges I believe I have had probably one or maybe two problems.They have been dealt with in a professional and competent manner without any complaints. An extremely customer orientated company..
