Rigtig god oplevelse med en god og seriøs udbyder. Modtog hurtigt forsendelsesinformation, og kort tid efter min bestilling, modtog jeg varen som forventet. Kan klart anbefale Bodystore.dk
Myvitamins
Horrible experience with lousy service!
I have never experienced such a poor service, as through Myvitamins. After almost 2 months of waiting, i have finally received my goods. Goods that according to the homepage, was on stock, but suddenly when it had to be shipped, was out of stock.
After a long waiting period, I finally received information, that the goods where shipped.. Only to wait even longer to find out, that the goods had never left the dispatch central..
Spending time on numerous phonecalls to My Vitamins, where I was informed that eg. the email adresses listed on their homepage is not active and is not used.. that I had to fill out reports and statements involving familly, neighbours etc. that had to state that I had not received the goods, even though it clearly says on the website and the track and trace that they had never left MyVitamins stock..
Poor poor POOR service.. I will NEVER use My Vitamins again.. EVER.. and I beg to any new clients that think of using their service, to re-think, and find another supplier..
.. and funny to see that in the reviews, all the 5star reviews, are users with only 1 post.. the post to MyVitamins..

Sublim service og kundeservice i TOP!
Havde akut behov for at få min iPhone repareret. Ringede 15.55 (de lukker klokken 16) og fik at vide jeg bare kunne kikke forbi, de skulle nok vente på mig. Jeg ankom 15 minutter efter lukketid, hvor jeg afleverede min telefon til reperation (smadret skærm) og godt et kvarter efter, var jeg klar til at gå ud af døren igen, med en 100% i orden telefon der bare virkede OG havde fået påmonteret Screen Guard, så jeg selv slap for at fedte rundt med det..
TAAAAAAAAAAAAAK for hjælpen.. HELT klart anbefalelsesværdig!

Rigtig god behandling, modtog varen uden problemer, og der var i pakken mere med, end der var reklameret med på hjemmesiden, så jeg kunne ikke bare nøjes med en reperation, men kunne uden problem foretage en komplet udskiftning. God stil! :)
