Great Products - Poor Shipping.
The products are great, as is the website; however inspite of the "Fragile" tape on the box, the great products were somewhat damaged. It's hard to say where in the shipping process it was damaged; therefore I will give 4 Stars.
Process improvement - Better packaging! I paid over $50 in shipping costs, only to receive damaged products.
