I will not be in a hurry to use JD online again. I had to return the top I bought as it was unsuitable - they have a very limited window in which to get a refund, you lose your original P&P and the returns address is not a freepost so you end up paying double for postage on a return.
Also, please do NOT use paypal if you want a refund - paypal users are excluded from getting a refund or exchange at a local JD store.
It's quite quite poor.
