Delivery issues but quick & easy to resolve

Item ordered had not arrived within a week as sent to wrong address. Resolved quickly with cust services & re-delivered to me. Took a long time to reach me.

Hello Anon,

I have taken a look into your customer account. The first parcel that you had ordered was unfortunately lost with Yodel. We did request that a replacement parcel be shipped out with UPS Standard and tracking shows that your parcel was signed for on the 16th January, so normally you do have it!
