Great service delivery packaging not so good

Good friendly service , well informed, patient and helpful. Pleasure doing business on the phone. Very straight forward with a good deal of interest in getting it right for you.
Ordered 5 items and delivery was fast and early in the day. Two large packages came in original packing from the factory - no problem.
The other three were sent in a box with no other wrapping or internal protection . The problem is forcing a 15 inch Boss BR 800 into 14 inch wide carrier box does not work. The carrier box arrived split wide open at the side seam. Luckily, there was no damage to the original packaging of the Boss and all items arrived undamaged. This could have gone wrong easily, it must have been my day.
