I have never, ever been so appalled by a companies lack of responsibility ever. I have now waited in for 3 promised delivery days and no bed has turned up, I call and they can not help as they have no information on their screens at the call center, they don't know who is delivering the bed, or when, or where it is, and don't have another number for me to call! I did get a call at 7am on Saturday morning from a delivery driver, to say that my bed would not arrive on Friday- the day before- I had already figured that out, but it was nice of them to wake me up! So I will wait, and cancel another day's plans and hopefully it will turn up. They were very quick at taking my money though!
