Easy to book through Argus, have been using them for a few years now. The secure airport parking where Greenmotion is situated was easy to get to via the curtsey bus, the paperwork for the car was quick and the staff member very helpful, car was in excellent working order. I would have no hesitations in using Greenmotions again in the future

I booked a car for Dec 2010 Aberdeen Airport, booked and paid on the 29th Aug 2010
Received e-mail that they were unable to accommodate this booking on the 9th September.
Made contact via the live support to be told I would receive a refund but this did not happen.
Tried numerous times to contact the company by telephone but telephones not answered
E-mailed the company regarding a refund of monies paid on the 29th Aug
Received an reply on the 24th Sept saying the monies had been taken by mistake!!!!!!! Technical fault
E-mailed asking for a date the monies would be credited back, no response.
E-mailed again to the complaints dept, no reply
E-mailed again stating I would be contacting my credit card company and reporting them to watchdog and Fraud alert. Guess what..... yes received a reply saying they would be respond in 24-72hrs.
I have already sent a report to Watchdog and alerted them (probably again)!!!! to all the forums (sure others have done this already)
This is now the 9th of Oct and I have still not received a refund.
How long are they going to get away with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
