Today (3 days late) half an order arrived. We ordered lamps and lampshades, but only the shades were delivered. When we asked the delivery man he started rummaging around in the back of his car and said that was all that got dropped off last night. These guys are a liability - we have had several previous experiences like this. If I see that a firm uses Yodel I will now no longer order from them.
I have been recommending quid co now for many years and have been quite happy with the service. However, recently I have had need to raise several dispute claims. Each of theses dispute claims were rejected and I can do nothing because if I raise I claim it says "claim already raised" or something to that effect. I have searched and searched to find a means of normal contact/help and have found none. Ultimately I google searched this issue and found that this is a recurring problem and that [External link removed] are better than quidco. This led me to look at [External link removed] and now I see they have better deals too. I will be transferring my loyalty.
