This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I bought a blender, which was promptly marked as despatched. It never arrived. the courier company said they delivered it "to the letterbox". The address was an office building which is manned at all times. Failed deliveries do not happen- there are no neighbours and no letterbox. The courier company that the hut choose to use is Hermes. They do not speak to or allow customers to contact them. The say you have to go though The Hut. The only method of contact for the Hut is their Messaging system. They take 4 days to answer messages on there and when they do they do not read yours properly so they reply with a totally useless answer. You then have to wait another 4 days for a further response- which is equally useless, and so on. So two weeks after ordering I am still without my item, and as far as i can tell The Hut haven't even started to look into why this item was never delivered. AVOID!!!
