Despite the high valuation Cash4Phones are prepared to offer you, they lack in overall service.
I was fortunate to have been offered the full amount of my phone, but I have not received a penny of it! Customer Service claim I should have had my cheque last week but no. And as they stated in the email that I have to allow 10 working days to contact them if my cheque didn't show. So they will not do anything until tomorrow when my 10 days are up, to do anything about it.
As much as this company makes out that we as customers need to do everything on our part to send them a phone for the best price, the company will certainly not make the same gesture back when sending me my money, regardless of what payment method I chose!
Service is completely rubbish!
