I called upon Serenata Flowers when I'd forgotten to post one of my best friends birthday cards. She lives in deepest darkest Wales and I wasn't hopeful that my order placed on a Sunday afternoon would reach my friend the next day but I was proved wrong. Just as they promised, the flowers not only were delivered but I was kept constantly updated by text and email and I really can't thank them enough. My friend rang to say the flowers were absolutely beautiful and we all lived happily ever after. The great thing was there was no extra charge for this fantastic service. What more can I say?

Probably better than actually imagined!
Great description on the website but better than expected when delivered. Great packaging, very impressive. Bought as a present but could have actually gone direct it was so well wrapped. Maybe option for price to be omitted for sending direct in future? Anyway, will definitely be searching for other gifts either for myself or friends.
