Trying to get ahead of the November snow predictions I ordered my toddler a pair of Columbia snow boots. Seeing there was what seemed an additional postage charge due to our geographical location -I queried it by telephone. The chap I spoke to was really helpful and offered an alternative way of posting which would still be prompt but would cost slightly less. The boots arrived in time for the snow and while they did need to be exchanged for a larger size, the whole process was headache free. We've had plenty of snow since November and the boots have been a fantastic purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to use CozyMole again.
