I ordered the large glass block, with separate green led lights to arrange inside. The first parcel arrived, smashed to smithereens . This was duly replaced, and although the glass block arrived in tact this time, seven of the led lights did not work. I telephoned Festive Lights and was advised to return the whole parcel, not just the faulty string lights. This seemed senseless to me and carries the added risk of further breakage. I asked to speak to the Manager/boss, but was told he was busy, and would call me back. Needless to say, I heard nothing. I have now returned the whole parcel to them and asked for a full refund, including my postage. I will not be ordering from Festive Lights ever again.
