Ordered the boots on the internet, received a phone call to say "Sorry colour I'd ordered were unavailable" I reordered another pair on the internet, which I could of done on the phone call really but I chose to do it myself. My boots arrived when they said they would, I'm very happy with the boots and service was excellent. I'd recommend them.
