My order did not go smoothly but this was in part due to me worrying too much due to some of the bad reviews. The item did arrive when they said it would. A couple of mistakes at their end; the young lady in sales gave me the name of the wrong carrier so, when they said that they had no knowledge of the delivery I thought, 'here we go ...'. However, another young lady in Customer Services apologised, told me that I had been given the wrong info and that it was down for delivery that day with a carrier known as SPDS. One hour later it arrived and the driver was a helpful young man. My anxiety had been self inflicted.
On unpacking, the item was missing one bolt and their techserv dept have told me that they will get one sent out in the post. I get the feeling that they do make real efforts to solve any problems and are genuinely interested in providing as good a service as they possibly can. The missing bolt by the way was at the factory packing end, nothing to do with Powerhouse Fitness. Very well packed product by the way, shame no one in Korea checked the contents.
