I found the staff very helpful and the person who dealt with me was very well informed and took time to explain anything that I wanted to know. The M3 is a very complicated piece of equipment and where he was lacking knowledge he was honest enough to say so, which I respected. The provision of a gig bag was a bonus and someone helped to put the whole thing in the car for me which was also an unexpected addition. All in all the time spent there was very pleasant and the overwhelming choice of instruments on show was a musicians browsing heaven.
