I have ordered a number of flower arrangements , all have been as described, with delivery as arranged.
Text messages and email keep you updated which is great. Flowers have lasted well too. Great service will continue to use.
The experience has now made me reluctant to use online retailers that are not mainstream stores that I have heard of. Means I hesitate to try and buy an item at the cheapest price. It seems that electronics probably are a standard price and that I should make a choice on customer service and reliability not price. I ordered a Samsung Tablet on the 5th December that was in stock. It had still not arrived nor had the order status moved on very much by the 10th jan.
They do not tell you where items are coming from and have a smart little account enquiry in which they have so many statuses they just move them on but you are no nearer getting the item.I have now cancelled this order. I was worried that I would not get a refund but I have updated this review to confirm the refund was processed quickly and well within the timeframe given. There are some positive reviews for the Company but I do not think the risk is worth taking and will not use them again.

Easy to use has great partners with cashback from well known companies and stores I would use anway which is a bonus. John Lewis, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer and Boots.
Informative website - emails to advise you regularly of offers plus you can review the comments about the companies that provide the offers and cashback in case you do have reservations about using some of the on line only retailers.
Great Company and do recommend it.
