When the couriers arrived with the mattress they pointed out a slight mark on the corner which had probably been caused by it being scuffed by something else in the van, therefore tearing the plastic covering sheet. I rang Simon at MyNextMattress straightaway and he was very apologetic, offered to replace the mattress or to give us a discount if we decided to keep it. He also said that if we needed the mattress urgently to hang on to it and he would send a replacement in the next few days. I was very impressed with the service both from Simon and the couriers. The mattress was also a really good price, I searched a lot of websites and they came out the cheapest.
