Bathshop321 Customer Services

Well at last its installed and working inspite of rubbish instructions.

Well I must say I had some luck with customer services when I told them that my order had not arrived on the day promised, they were quite pleasant but I resolved the problem myself as the parcel had been delivered to the wrong house!! The shower arrived with very minimal instructions or none at all. The thermostatic valves had instructions which were written in such small print and not of much use. The fixed shower head had no instructions whatsoever I contacted customer services for some
help and was told that the plumber would know what to do what a thing to say not
everyone can afford to employ a plumber.
