I had a problem with an item that I had purchased through Achica,. A part was missing making the item unusable. On contacting them via email on a Saturday morning it was great to hear from them that afternoon offering me different choices on how to resolve the problem. All sorted by the end of the same day.
I always say a company is as good as its problem solving, and so my experience was great.
