Great service and came with their own setup instructions
Ordered a Yamaha AV receiver and Boston speaker system - delivered on time and packaged well. The real bonus was their own multi-page but very clear, idiot's guide to setting up this particular receiver. Needless to say, having never set up a home cimema amp before, I happily used....

Excellent delivery & customer service
Ordered several cables for a home cinema setup, was quickly advised with profuse apologies that one was out of stock but the complete order delivered within a couple of working days.
I also contacted them by phone with a dumb question regarding one cable and my query was solved immediately and very politely.
This was my third purchase from them and have no hesitation in recommending them.
