Great independant advice in terms I could understand.

When I contacted KRS I was completely confused by all the terms and options that I had been "flooded" with from The Pension Service and several other private pension schemes I had.
KRS Annuity Broker, Sarah Winn, was extremely understanding and helpful, explaining how the whole retirement and pension system worked, and possible options that may be suitable for myself. I felt completely at ease and able to ask any sort of question without feeling naive or stupid.
Having made my decision and forwarding the necessary relevant paperwork to Sarah, I was impressed when she contacted me and advised me that it was in my best interests to continue with two of my private pensions as she was unable to find any better options, but the other two she could improve on. I felt she had my best interests at heart.
I found the whole process stress free, very easy to do, personally "looked after", and concluded very quickly.
