Firstfurniture do not hold stock but act as an agent & the bed I ordered was not in stock I was OK with that & an alternative was sent.
However one of the parts was for a different bed.
So we waited until this issue was resolved (over Xmas/New Year period) and waited in all day for a delivery,,which did not turn up.
More phone calls/emails & I'm truly fed up.
I accept that this was mostly beyond the control of Firstfurniture. But they should not be handling this type of business if they do not have the right degree of control.
I would not recommend them.
I asked for a small refund as recompense for my wasted time & phone calls-no luck with that either.
The staff were polite though,.
